The Regional Energy Learning Alliance (RELA) is a broad network of practitioners, policy makers, researchers and people interested in the future of community energy in East Africa. RELA hosts a series of online webinars over the forthcoming years that will explore some of the project’s key themes related energy justice and low-carbon transitions in East Africa and beyond. The aim of the webinars is to initiate debate and shape energy policy development.
